How you will get the job done
- supporting the conceptual and procedural design of the Contracting process step within the Third Party Risk Management framework
- supporting coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Group Procurement, Business Units, Risk, Legal, Compliance)
- supporting strategic as well as tactical/operational Procurement teams of Group Procurement Germany in individual case handling
- supporting international Procurement teams with TPRM/DORA inquiries, focusing on Procurement tasks and responsibilities, including best practice sharing
- creating and maintaining process descriptions, process flows, and decision templates
- supporting the development of training materials (e.g. presentations, guidelines, checklists) on TPRM/DORA-related topics for Group Procurement
- supporting the delivery of training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for internal stakeholders (e.g. buyers, governance functions) in the medium term
- maintaining and further developing the Group Procurement Wiki with relevant governance topics (e.g. TPRM, DORA, contracting processes)
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English (C1)
- good language skills in German (B1/B2)
- university degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management or related field
- experience in risk management topics, especially third-party risk management
- experience in project management
- excellent communication skills
- analytical and organizational skills
- strong team orientation
- technical affinity for processing tools
