How you will get the job done

supporting technical audits of enterprise websites and portals to ensure crawlability, indexation, and performance
assisting in maintaining SEO/GEO standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
monitoring technical issues, assessing their impact, and supporting remediation efforts
optimizing website architecture, internal linking, and content for search engines and AI crawlers, including managing robots.txt and meta directives
evaluating new technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for their impact on search visibility
implementing structured data and optimizing sitemaps, navigation, and URL structures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
improving Core Web Vitals and overall page performance with development teams
supporting agile processes, including translating requirements into user stories, coordinating backlogs, and assisting with QA/testing
analyzing log files and crawl data to identify opportunities for improving crawl budget and indexation

Skills and experience you will need

fluency in English (C1)
4+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, ideally in financial services or insurance sector
very good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
experience with JS-heavy frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
knowledge of technical SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Botify) and Google Search Console
experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams
strong communication, stakeholder management skills
analytical and problem-solving skills
high degree of ownership and accountability
high awareness of security, compliance and regulatory aspects in technical implementations
