How you will get the job done
- application operations including performance analysis and improvement as well as reaching a high degree of automation
- automating operational tasks
- identifying performance bottlenecks and permanently closing them
- consulting on improving business processes (typically in German)
- project planning and management for larger and smaller lifecycle projects – work and resource planning, budgeting projects, work estimation
- following the ITIL process (incident, problem, change management, etc.)
Skills and experience you will need
- advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
- expert knowledge regarding Windows SCCM (2019), its databases and MS System Center Orchestrator and development of Orchestrator Run Books
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- knowledge of PowerShell
- skills of servers’ deployment
- ability to research solutions, collaborate with existing subject matter experts, evaluate the current methodology and strive for constant improvement
- experience with programming and scripting languages, for example .NET framework
- knowledge of database MS SQL Server
- Microsoft Windows administration related to problem-solving and diagnosis
- understanding the automatization process
- deep understanding of technology
- interest and curiosity of the technology
- willingness to upgrade and automate tools
- good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- being a team player
Nice to have
- good knowledge of German language will be an advantage
