How you will get the job done
- creating, changing and deleting user IDs for the mainframe and its subsystems
- creating and granting authorizations for resources and applications on the mainframe
- troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving authorization-related problems in RACF
- operating data maintenance processes, managing user data, reporting
- supporting for applications / 2nd level support
- programming in REXX and SQL and support of change services for automated user and authorization administration (operational optimization)
- supporting system for the RACF databases
- supporting project requirements for new functions or application
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent English
- experience in IBM Mainframe area
- strong ability to analyze, precisely formulate and implement complex issues, combined with a strong solution orientation
- strong ability to work in a team, very good interpersonal skills
- knowledge of MS Office
- willingness to learn new processes and systems
- basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure
- very good planning skills
- knowledge of the ITIL standard process model
Nice to have
- command of German language
