How you will get the job done
- administrating and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure
- monitoring the operation of servers
- planning and implementation of maintenance tasks and projects in the area of MS Windows, as well as in the field of Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, DNS, VMWare, ADFS
- managing desired configurations and compliance on server infrastructure
- monitoring the performance of the IT infrastructure systems
- improving existing and developing new solutions in the field of System Administration
- participating in production implementations of subordinate systems
- preparing technical documentation
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in Polish language at C1/C2 level
- good communication skills in written and spoken English at minimum B2 level
- minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration (2012 and newer), related to problem-solving and diagnosis in areas: Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, DNS, DFS, ADFS
- knowledge of hybrid infrastructure
- knowledge of patching/hardening languages of Windows operating systems
- knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Security
- knowledge of troubleshooting error detection and mitigation measures
- experience in scripting language (PowerShell)
- continuous improvement attitude and proactive mindset
- being a team player and willing to share the know-how with the team, mentoring team members
- excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Windows Server Infrastructure – on-premises or hybrid infrastructure certifications
- knowledge of VMware, M365, Zabbix, SCCM, Azure and Manage Engine products
