About the role
By joining our team you can be sure that you will be involved in interesting projects – working in highly automated pipeline and modern working environment. You will have a chance to devolop your skills both in technical direction as well as a collegue that can support a great team, responsible for containers, new implementations and much more.
How you will get the job done
- building, running, and developing of Windows Server based Systems, e. g. SQL-Server Database, FileNet Archive, SmartFix OCR, Essbase Database
- planning and running backups and recovery procedures
- problem analyses and incident management, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
- supporting the developer teams
- supporting the Configuration Management team for ERGO Direkt Systems
- supporting the application managers in maintaining the CMDB
- carrying out regular maintenance work and ensuring integrity and availability
- coordinating external service providers
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English (C1)
- at least 5 years of experience as a team member in Infrastructure team
- experience as a leading (technical) team member
- very good knowledge of IT infrastructure
- experience with containers solutions
- good knowledge of Windows Server based systems
- experience in working with external service providers
- knowledge of automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
- experience in working within international team
Nice to have
- German proficiency (B2)
- experience with OpenShift
