Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done
- securing operations of Power Platform projects
- acting as the first point of contact for escalation
- creating a knowledge base for 1st level support
- organizing 2nd level support with external providers
- escalating to 3rd level support
- managing ServiceNow support groups, servicing requests and incidents
- managing Power Platform SharePoint site
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent spoken and written English
- excellent Power Platform knowledge min. 2 years experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
- knowledge of setting up a Center of Excellence (CoE)
- experience with cloud services (preferably in Microsoft Azure, D365/M365/O365, SharePoint)
- SharePoint site management knowledge
- ITIL knowledge
- ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- organizational capabilities
- good teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Azure and/or Power Platform certification
- knowledge of the insurance business environment would be a plus
