About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive SRE Engineer to join our team supporting the stability and performance of core business applications. In this role, you will be responsible for observability using Dynatrace APM and for maintaining and evolving our CI/CD toolchain built around Jenkins and GitHub Actions. You will work closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines, strong system reliability, and early detection of performance bottlenecks.

You will have the opportunity to directly influence the way we monitor and improve complex systems that are critical to our business, especially in high-performance environments where stability and traceability are key.

How you will get the job done

  • supporting stable and secure infrastructure operations activities
  • developing and maintaining application observability using Dynatrace APM
  • building and improving CI/CD processes with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
  • monitoring system performance and proactively addressing production issues
  • ensuring availability, scalability and reliability of business-critical systems
  • defining and maintaining SLIs/SLOs in collaboration with product and dev teams
  • partnering with developers and infrastructure engineers to implement SRE and DevOps best practices
  • driving automation of operational processes and improving deployment pipelines
  • contributing to incident response and post-mortem processes

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English
  • experience in working as an SRE/DevOps/Observability Engineer
  • solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles (e.g. reliability, scalability, incident response, SLOs)
  • hands-on experience with APM tools – ideally Dynatrace
  • experience with designing and implementing log management, infrastructure monitoring, APM, and synthetic testing solutions
  • knowledge of distributed tracing, metrics, and telemetry collection methodologies
  • strong background in CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
  • good working knowledge of Linux environments and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • familiarity with containerization and cloud-native platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • experience in software engineering (.NET, Java) or database administration (MSSQL, Oracle) is a strong plus
  • excellent troubleshooting skills and a performance-oriented mindset
  • strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • prior work experience in regulated, financial environments (e.g. banking, insurance, fintech)
