About the role

This role contributes to the effective steering and execution of strategic priorities across Group Risk & Security Tower. The person will support the preparation of high-quality Board and senior management responses, translate complex cyber security and technology risk topics into clear decision material, and help to ensure alignment between strategy, governance, transformation, and operational delivery.

How you will get the job done

• driving, coordinating and governing strategic priorities across the Group
• orchestrating selected cross-Group cyber security and technology risk priorities
• ensuring clear ownership, aligned objectives, disciplined governance, and transparent progress reporting towards senior stakeholders
• coordinating and preparing Board and C-level responses
• acting as a trusted coordination point for planned and ad-hoc executive requests, preparing concise, fact-based and decision-ready responses that reflect strategic priorities, risk implications, and required management actions
• developing and owning C-level storylines and presentations
• creating compelling executive narratives, presentation storylines and visual materials that translate complex cyber security, risk and transformation topics into clear messages, options and decisions for senior management and Board audiences
• supporting overarching operating model transformation
• contributing to the evolution of the Group Risk & Security operating model by supporting governance, process and capability improvements that increase scalability, transparency, efficiency, and strategic execution across the function

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent written and spoken English
• top-tier strategy consulting background with focus on IT strategy, technology transformation, or cyber security
• proven experience (5+ years) in developing and delivering Board- and C-level presentations, including strong capabilities in storylining, executive messaging, and visualization
• strong understanding of IT strategy, operating models, and transformation governance
• solid foundation in cyber / information security concepts (e.g., risk management, security architectures, regulatory environments)
• demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in large, international organizations
• excellent analytical, conceptual, and structuring skills combined with a strong execution and outcome orientation
• outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate complexity into clear decisions
