As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.
In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

How you will get the job done
- managing support in removing impediments and creating the best work environment
- ensuring understanding of the Scrum framework in the Team and Organisation
- mentoring and coaching scrum teams
- collaborating and supporting the Product Owner
- collaborating with other Scrum Masters to create standards and the best practices in the organization
- monitoring and optimization of software development process
- facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
- having support from a leader who understands the role of the scrum master
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent English
- min. 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- experience in a software development company
- ability to work in a diverse and dispersed team
- great communication skills
- team building skills
- independence, responsibility and goal-orientation
Nice to have
- experience in creating and delivering training courses and workshops
- participation in large-scale transformation
- experience with the application of selected techniques and tools: User Stories, TDD, management 3.0, liberating structures, user story mapping, impact mapping, value stream mapping, Lean, Kanban
