How you will get the job done

designing, developing, and implementing RPA processes using the AutomateNow system
analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions
monitoring the performance of existing automations and introducing improvements
collaborating with business and IT technical teams to ensure effective project delivery
developing and executing automated test scripts for general automation processes using Selenium
ensuring the quality and reliability of automated solutions through rigorous testing

Skills and experience you will need

fluency in English
experience as an RPA Engineer or in a similar role (ex. Test Automation)
proficiency with the AutomateNow system or other Low Code solutions
strong programming skills in Python
basic knowledge of version control systems (ex. GitLab)
experience with test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium
basic knowledge of databases (MSSQL/Oracle)
ability to analyze and model business processes
knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Nice to have

certifications related to RPA or Python
familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
experience optimizing databases (SQL)
experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
