ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.
In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done
- working in an integrated business and technology team to build and support business analytics and process automation applications based on our low-code platforms in an agile project setup
- consulting and implementing customized digital solutions including delivery of proof-of-concepts, pilot solutions and applications through hands-on guidance, development and expertise
- maintaining and extending our low-code platforms to ensure a state-of-the-art, legacy-free environment for accelerated business digitalization
- exploring emerging capabilities delivered by new technologies like machine learning and generative AI
- collaborating with business departments as well as within the Business Technology organization, exchanging technical concepts, developing best practices and business innovation use cases
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent spoken and written English
- min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
- excellent Power Platform knowledge min. 2 years experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- experience with cloud services (preferably in Microsoft Azure, D365/M365/O365, SharePoint) and Celonis
- experience in building cloud-based low-code solutions
- SharePoint site management knowledge
- background in modern, cloud and web-centric software development, preferably with experience in low-code development environments or model-driven app development
- interest in advanced and innovative technologies in the area of advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, virtual assistants and robotics
- profound analytical and conceptual capabilities paired with the ability to capture and present complex solution designs in a clear and precise way
- experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and a DevSecOps approach with continuous and automated deployments
- demonstrable experience in working with teams in multiple locations and time zones
- “can do” attitude
