About the role

As a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership in developing, implementing and maintaining essential governance and project management frameworks, standards and processes relating to portfolio of IT projects delivered by Regulatory Tower.

A PMO Lead works with geographically distributed teams and operates at portfolio level, reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Portfolio and Risk Management division.

How you will get the job done

  • standardising and maintaining the quality of reporting
  • supporting the PMO teams within the portfolio, implementating best practices
  • automating and simplificating the processes where possible
  • responding to portfolio needs – building new administrative solutions
  • setting up a programme/project administration structure from scratch, e.g. creation of distribution lists, SP structure, communication channels
  • reviewing existing solutions, making improvements, internal auditing in accordance with IT Governance rules
  • controlling the timeliness and quality of reported risks
  • performing ad hoc activities to improve the quality of management – including training, on-boarding, holiday tracing
  • keeping of standardised documentation, document management
  • collection and analysis of data for financial reports
  • coordinating and tracking of licences, soft and hardware purchases

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluent English is a must
  • excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders at executive level
  • very good stakeholder management skills
  • extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management
  • experience in all phases of project delivery lifecycles
  • advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Power Bi as a plus
  • ability to deliver complex messages in simple and short manner
  • familiarity with PPM tools: Clarity, Azure DevOps, Jira
  • proactive with can-do-attitude
  • numerically skilled, with expertise in project financials and data analytics

Nice to have

  • communicative German would be an asset
