How you will get the job done
- implementing the full range of OHS tasks in the organization on the basis of the regulations
- controlling working conditions and respecting HSE rules around company’s employees
- conducting health and safety trainings and building a safety culture by proposing solutions that increase safety at work (safety days, additional training, organization of events related to safety and ergonomics)
- advising on health and safety regulations in the company
- preparing occupational risk assessment, reports and keeping the health and safety documentation required by law
- determining the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and developing documentation in this regard
- cooperation with relevant state services and external institutions, participating in meetings of the HSE Committee, expressing opinions on detailed health and safety instructions
Skills and experience you will need
- English language skills at the B2 level
- higher education with postgraduate studies in the field of health and safety
- first experience in the HSE service
- knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in practice
- knowledge of MS Office (efficiency in using MS Excel, Power Point)
- communicativeness, openness, ability to work in a team
