How you will get the job done

  • preparing and, as local administrator, supporting the user workspace in a multiuser office building
  • supporting the customer request through ticketing system (SCCD)
  • preparing, installing, issuing and replacing equipment for employees (workstations, laptops, IP telephones, mobile telephones, tablets)
  • diagnosing, servicing and maintaining equipment in the office, reporting to external service if necessary
  • recording equipment in the SCCD system
  • troubleshooting systems and software
  • supporting Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • troubleshooting network issues with the support of tools and network support team

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluent Polish
  • communicative English skills (spoken and written)
  • secondary technical education school (computer science or related)
  • knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, iOS
  • basic skills of testing, diagnosing and servicing hardware (workstations, laptops, printers)
  • knowledge of network issues and tools to help solve network problems
  • basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO
  • attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • commitment, willingness to develop
  • ability to work in a team
