How you will get the job done

  • managing end-to-end IT Third Party Management (IT TPM) processes in accordance with regulatory requirements, identifying, evaluating, and providing solutions to evaluate complex IT-related risks
  • acting as owner of the IT third-party register, as well as accountable for the overall quality of TPM function in terms of operating effectiveness
  • monitoring and challenging risk management practices, driving continuous improvements and excellence to facilitate the TPM process for IT third parties
  • leading collaboration with different global teams in the context of onboarding new IT third parties and monitoring existing relationships
  • working in a mixed team in Poland (Warsaw) and Germany (Düsseldorf)

Skills and experience you will need

  • proficient level of English language (min. B2/C1 level)
  • extensive professional working experience in the areas of Corporate Contracts, Business Continuity Management, IT Third Party Management, business regulatory affairs, or Solvency II functions (Audit, Risk Management, Compliance), as well as the willingness to undertake continuous training in these areas
  • extensive experience in planning, executing, and reporting IT third party assessments as well as working closely with stakeholders in Procurement, IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
  • experience in managing and leading projects in an international environment
  • advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and SharePoint
  • a high degree of independence, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
  • solution-oriented with experience in negotiating and leading meetings with senior management
  • strong analytical and conceptual skills, intercultural and social competence as well as result orientation

Nice to have

  • German language knowledge
  • university degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Mathematics/Law (Master’s degree or comparable)
  • IT Third Party Management experience
