About the role

As an IT System Analyst, you will be supporting the identification, analysis, and preparation of explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements and providing functional support for business applications during deployment. You will be responsible for analysing the requirements together with the German business and the responsible business analysts. In addition, you will develop test cases together with the test engineer and accompany the development status of the software.

How you will get the job done

• supporting process of delivering IT solutions meeting Clients/Partner’s needs and expectations by delivering required, complete analytical artifacts
• creating, maintaining, and modifying analytical documentation of project requirements
• identifying and analysing functional and non-functional requirements
• preparing artifacts required by the product delivery process (e.g. effort estimation, documentation, requirements refinement, SDLC process support, architectural arrangements, UX Design)
• participating in meetings, conducting conversations/correspondence with the client to obtain the client’s expectations and requirements (e.g. workshops and project meetings, training)
• supporting the team in maintaining the application
• investigating causes of incidents and seeking resolution

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in Polish
• excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
• good understanding of processes and structures
• willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements
• experience in dealing with the implementation of business logic
• experience in input management (scanning, imaging, OCR, barcodes)
• experience in Intelligent Character Recognition Tools
• knowledge of M365 products, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Azure DevOps, Jira
• proactive approach to identify issues and present solutions and options
• ability to understand broad business issues
• excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• German language proficiency
• knowledge of and experience in IREB
