How you will get the job done

• serving in a dual role as IT Project and IT Product Manager for a complex customer-facing SaaS application
• acting as the primary IT point of contact for the product for MR Business representatives and IT stakeholders
• planning the project releases and milestones with the Product Owner and helping to shape the product development roadmap
• managing a distributed development team of highly motivated IT professionals to execute the product roadmap and deliver product releases
• being accountable for the IT project budget and internal project reporting and identifying and managing project risks
• organizing a stable, compliant and cost-efficient run of the product in line with agile DevOps principles but within the framework of a regulated industry
• being responsible for up-to-date product documentation, compliant with documentation standards, and providing up-to-date information about the product in the IT repositories
• supporting the business product team in the processing of TPRM (Cyber Security Assessments) of external customers

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (at minimum B2 level)
• University degree, preferably in Computer engineering, IT or a similar qualification
• min. 3 years of experience in IT application development and hence in-depth knowledge of the entire agile software development and product life cycle
• demonstrable experience in agile project management methodologies like Scrum
• excellent communication skills
• strong expertise in the management of diverging interests of various stakeholders, ability to set priorities pragmatically and efficiently combined with profound cost consciousness
• track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business outcomes
• consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
• commitment and the willingness and ability to balance conflicting priorities are essential
• experience in managing digital products exposed to external customers
• preferably profound technical knowledge with a background in software engineering

• German language
• experience in compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2
