How you will get the job done

• registering and electronically archiving broker/MGA bordereaux and data files (PDF, Excel/CSV, etc.)
• performing formal and content checks of bordereaux, including completeness, totals vs. line items, plausibility, and clarifying discrepancies with MGAs/brokers and internal units
• allocating and verifying policies, validating product lines, underwriting years and policy status
• preparing and booking premiums, insurance taxes, commissions and brokerage fees, including handling foreign currency and tax indicators
• conducting sample-based plausibility checks of commissions/brokerage vs. SAP/agreements, including documentation and four-eyes control
• processing bordereaux claims items, including allocation to single or aggregate claims, checking claim data, booking entries and handling advance payments
• identifying, documenting and following up on clarification cases and differences, and cooperating with CCPI on intermediary account reconciliation while adhering to agreed processing deadlines

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in German and English on B2 level
• experience in insurance administration (Commercial & Industrial; preferably Transport) and in working with MGAs/brokers and their bordereaux
• solid understanding of premium, insurance tax and commission processes, incl. intermediary accounts and basic foreign currency handling
• confident use of ERGO systems relevant for bordereaux and very good MS Excel skills
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail in checking premiums, taxes, commissions and claims; ability to apply tolerance rules and four eyes controls and document results
• independent, reliable working style with ability to prioritize and meet processing deadlines (e.g. before next bordereau, quarter/year end)
• team orientation and strong communication skills for cooperation with internal and external partners
• high sense of responsibility and compliance with internal work instructions and audit requirements
