About the role

We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to support our growing internal HR team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in an HR Administration department and is motivated to take on new challenges while further developing their professional skills in a dynamic environment.

How you will get the job done

  • managing HR administration service processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • creating labor law–compliant documentation such as employment contracts and annexes
  • managing employee master data in the HR Administration system
  • overseeing the employee lifecycle documentation, including handling requests, parental matters, leaves, and absences in line with applicable labor law regulations
  • cooperating with public authorities, institutions (ZUS, GUS, tax office, migration office), and external service providers
  • creating and maintaining personnel files as well as internal and external correspondence
  • preparing internal HR reports
  • supporting HR, employees, and line managers in HR administration–related matters and advising on Polish labor law topics

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in Polish and English
  • good knowledge of Polish labor law
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in HR-related roles
  • knowledge of MS Office package tools and HR administration systems
  • ability to prepare, manage, and maintain accurate HR records
  • positive attitude combined with an open and proactive mindset
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • experience in handling the employment of foreign nationals will be considered an advantage
