We are seeking an experienced leader to take full ownership of a cross-functional engineering and delivery organization within a digital product cluster. This role combines deep technical leadership with strong people management, ensuring the reliable development, operation, and continuous improvement of applications and platforms while driving high-performing teams.You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from planning and development through deployment and operations, while maintaining alignment with architectural standards, security requirements, and business objectives.As a key leader, you will balance technical excellence, delivery performance, and team development, operating in a dynamic environment with high expectations and strong stakeholder engagement.
