About the role

As a Global P&C Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of ERGO Group’s global claims initiatives through analytics, reporting, and high-quality executive presentations.

How you will get the job done

  • leading one dedicated claims topic and/or project within the claims value chain
  • contributing to cross-functional international projects (strategy, digitalization, M&A, etc.)
  • creating and maintaining high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders
  • supporting data-driven insights through dashboards, KPIs, and vendor performance tracking
  • contributing to claims benchmarking, maturity assessments, and trend research
  • assisting in documenting best practices and preparing global workshops and reviews
  • coordinating inputs from ERGO markets into strategic reporting and governance

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English
  • university degree in business, law, or IT studies
  • experience in strategy consulting is a strong asset
  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience in insurance, consulting, or analytics
  • excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • good communication skills
  • experience in international claims settings is a strong plus
  • willingness for frequent international travel (USA, Europe, Asia)
