About the role

This role is in a newly emerging area focusing on organizational management and HR processes within a global structure. It supports global HR structures using SAP SuccessFactors, standardization, and automation, requiring knowledge of systems, tools, organizational management principles, and a passion for working closely with technology.

How you will get the job done

  • providing expert support and assuming operational responsibility for assigned service tasks within the area of Global Org Management, Systems & Processes, in line with guidance from the responsible global HR functions
  • maintaining and further developing global organizational design standards and central organizational data as a service, including the set-up and ongoing maintenance of global organizational charts and related approval workflows
  • supporting HR units in the execution of regulatory processes (e.g. ORCS, strategic risks) through data provision, documentation, coordination and standardized process support
  • providing guidance and standardized templates/ documentation on international HR data protection topics in close collaboration with the responsible data protection and HR governance functions
  • supporting the implementation of the global HR technology strategy and roadmap by gathering and specifying requirements, coordinating testing and rollouts, and contributing to stable day-to-day operations of HR IT solutions
  • defining, documenting and continuously improving global HR processes and system requirements to drive process harmonization and operational efficiency
  • contributing to and, where appropriate, coordinating (sub-)projects within the agreed service scope, focusing on implementation and operationalization of defined HR concepts and standards

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English
  • university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in organizational and process management within a global operating company
  • experience in project management, leading initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement of HR processes
  • strong understanding of organizational structures, HR related IT-Systems, and processes in a global operating company
  • excellent analytical skills with experience in SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant HR software
  • proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, adapting organizational strategies to meet diverse business needs while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
  • technological aptitude, eagerness to learn new tools, ease in understanding systems and navigating tools
