How you will get the job done

  • collaborating in the definition and harmonization of global HR policies and frameworks, assisting the international alignment within different HR teams
  • ​supporting the evolution of the global learning strategy form the technical perspective
  • ​collaborating and supporting international implementation and roll-out of digital learning and information platforms e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Speexx and Learning Management Systems (Success Factors)
  • ​assisting with strategic analysis, definition, documentation, and optimization of processes, features, and configurations for all globally used learning technology solutions
  • creating the Multimedia Content (e.g. graphic design and text creation, image research, video shooting and video editing)
  • ​managing release and technical platform and supporting users
  • ​analysing the EdTech landscape (AI, VR, adaptive learning, Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs), etc.), identifying relevant innovations, and assess their potential for global adoption
  • ​supporting design, delivery, and operationalization of digital learning formats and offerings (e.g., WBTs, videos, Learning Journeys)
  • ​coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Data Protection) and external service providers in cross-functional, international projects

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • master’s degree (in an IT/technical field) or equivalent, ideally complemented by further training in Education or HR
  • ​2-5 years of experience in the implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of Learning Management Systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including user management, role and authorization concepts, as well as integrations with other HR systems
  • ​experience in the delivery and management of digital learning rollouts or training logistics and/or EdTech Innovation, ideally in a multinational context
  • ​understanding of information technology products, tools, and instruments (e.g., learning platforms, content management, user management)
  • ​first expertise in project management, including IT and non-IT projects
  • ​good organizational, coordination, and communication skills with a clear results- and solution-oriented mindset
  • ​excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze, structure, and improve complex processes systematically and translate abstract trends into actionable learning strategy input
  • ​comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, international, and service-oriented environments
