How you will get the job done

  • assisting in the design, review and further development of group-wide learning and development strategies, related HR policies, frameworks and governance models
  • supporting the provision of methodological and conceptual input to align learning-related approaches with existing HR and business structures and assisting the consistent application across entities, including guidance for local adaptations
  • assisting country entities on relevant learning needs and programs and supporting strategic alignment with the global learning strategy as well as consistent application of the global learning approach (governance) across regions
  • collaborating to synthesize diverse local needs into scalable learning offerings and concepts and country roadmap
  • supporting implementation and co-moderation of communities of practice
  • collaborating with the design and concepts application for the measurement and analysis of learning activities and offerings, including usage and impact indicators at an aggregated level
  • supporting preparation of analyses, controlling information and reports to support decisions on the optimisation of the learning portfolio, platforms and related measures

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • Master’s degree (in Economics or Social Sciences) or equivalent, preferably with a focus on HR/Business Psychology /Learning
  • 2-5 years of consulting experience in advising senior stakeholders
  • coordination and communication skills across countries and roles
  • strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze, structure, and improve complex processes systematically and to translate abstract trends into actionable learning strategy input
  • understanding of information technology products/tools/instruments (e.g., learning platforms (Success Factors) and authoring software
  • first experience in international or decentralized learning environments
  • experience in working in an international and intercultural environment
  • skills in engaging and advising stakeholders from various areas and levels
  • organizational, coordination, and communication skills with a results- and solution-oriented mindset
  • comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, international, and service-oriented environments

Nice to have

  • knowledge of German
