How you will get the job done

  • developing and implementing transition plans for new processes, ensuring smooth and timely transition of services
  • coordinating with the transition team in Germany to ensure successful transfer of knowledge and processes
  • developing and maintaining process documentation and work instructions
  • providing content support for the functional transition and ensure adherence to process standards
  • identifying and managing risks and issues related to the transition
  • communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients
  • ensuring all transition activities are completed within the agreed timelines and budget
  • continuously improving the transition process by implementing best practices and lessons learned

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluent English (C1)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • minimum 5 years of experience in transition management and/or project management in a shared services environment
  • experience in creating process documentation and work instructions
  • strong knowledge of transition planning and coordination methodologies
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ADONIS NP or BPMN 2.0
