How you will get the job done
- assigning, interpreting, and classifying insurance-related documents
- reading and interpreting customer/agent requests
- efficient capturing, completing, controlling and correcting of data sets
- managing other back-office activities
Skills and experience you will need
- very good command of German (C1)
- good command of English (B1)
- previous experience in administration, customer service or operations
- high attention to detail and ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
- high motivation and task-oriented approach
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- experience in the insurance industry, especially German insurance
- basic knowledge of the health and composite insurance sectors
