How you will get the job done

• ensuring efficient and customer-focused handling of dental insurance claims, including complex cases in compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• reviewing benefit eligibility and making accurate payment and coverage decisions, including handling complaints
• handling second-level customer inquiries and supporting team members in complex cases
• assessing risks and initiating contract changes where needed
• managing team operations, including workload distribution and shift planning
• identifying improvements and supporting automation of claims processes
• supporting business growth through customer interactions
• onboarding, training, and developing team members
• leading, supporting and motivating the team
• collaborating on projects and coordinating with teams in Germany

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English and German (C1)
• experience in customer service role, preferably in banking/insurance sector
• several years of leadership experience
• strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• analytical, negotiation skills
• flexibility and ability to work independently
• absence of a criminal record in respect of the prohibited acts indicated in the Act of 12 April 2018 on the rules for obtaining information on the criminal record of persons applying for employment and persons employed in entities of the financial sector (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 566, publicly available free of charge at: https://isap.sejm.gov.pl/isap.nsf/DocDetails.xsp?id=WDU20250000566)Criminal record check and National Debt Register check – employment in this role will only be possible once it has been confirmed that the Candidate meets the requirement of having no criminal record; the Candidate will therefore be required to provide a copy of a current information from the National Criminal Register. If the above conditions are not met, ET&S will not establish an employment contract with the candidate. Additionally, in connection with recruitment for the current position, ET&S will verify, following the signing of the employment contract, whether the employee is listed in the National Debt Register as a person referred to in Article 2(1)(4) of the Act on the National Debt Register, pursuant to the Labour Code.
