How you will get the job done

• translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, backlog items, and solution designs
• collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and external partners to deliver effective solutions
• promoting continuous improvement, best practices, and excellence in Requirements Engineering and delivery
• supporting project planning, time and effort estimation, scope management, and successful end-to-end delivery with regards to the business requirements
• owning requirement quality and governance
• managing senior stakeholders
• leading major initiatives regarding functional or technical changes
• influencing technical and business decisions
• coaching and mentoring junior engineers
• managing requirements traceability, change requests, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery blockers
• managing business testing, UAT, and solution validation to ensure business expectations are met
• producing and maintaining business analysis deliverables, product documentation, and support documentation

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (C1)
• 10+ of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in related role
• experience in IAM Systems e.g., preferably One Identity or related areas for IGA / IAM Domain Knowledge
• completed university degree or comparable qualification in insurance, organization/management, mathematics, business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field
• strong knowledge and experience of methods and procedures in the solution development process, with a focus on Requirements Engineering (preferably IREB certified), as well as business and process analysis
• good understanding of the supported application systems, their interfaces, and the relevant business processes and workflows
• strong ability to quickly understand, analyze, and clearly articulate complex issues; highly solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
• strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments, as well as strong written and spoken English skills
• practical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• relevant certifications (e.g. IREB, Scrum, ITIL)
