About the role

This role is responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s approach to preventing inappropriate workplace behavior and fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. The successful candidate will lead workplace investigations, support managers in handling sensitive employee matters, develop policies and preventive initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment law requirements. The role also focuses on risk assessment, trend analysis, employee education, and promoting a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and respect across the organization.

How you will get the job done

  • owning and continuously improving the organization’s anti-bullying and workplace conduct framework
  • ensuring compliance with employment law requirements related to bullying, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
  • conducting workplace investigations, including interviews, evidence review, and recommendation development
  • coordinating and monitoring corrective and supportive actions following investigations
  • developing, updating, and implementing policies, procedures, and standards that support employee protection and a safe work environment
  • maintaining secure, effective, and confidential channels for reporting concerns and misconduct
  • identifying and assessing risks related to workplace behavior and employee relations matters
  • analyzing case data, reports, and organizational trends to identify areas for improvement
  • advising managers and HR teams on employment law and employee relations topics
  • preparing legal opinions and recommendations for complex employee-related cases
  • delivering training and awareness initiatives on workplace behavior, bullying prevention, and employer responsibilities

Skills and experience you will need

  • master’s degree in law
  • fluency in English (min C1)
  • at least 5 years of professional experience in employment law, HR legal, employee relations or compliance environment
  • strong understanding of employment law and labor law regulations
  • expertise in workplace bullying prevention, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters
  • proven track record of conducting workplace investigations involving sensitive employee-related matters
  • practical knowledge of developing and implementing employee relations and employment law policies and procedures
  • track record of delivering training on employment law, workplace behavior, and bullying prevention
  • capability to advise management on complex employee relations cases
  • ability to prepare legal opinions and business-focused recommendations
  • high ethical standards, impartiality, and commitment to confidentiality
  • confidence in handling difficult conversations and conflict situations
  • ability to conduct investigations with fairness, objectivity, and due diligence
  • strong risk assessment capabilities in legal and organizational contexts
