About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, this role will ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations while enabling the organization to make informed, practical, and people-focused decisions.

How you will get the job done

• providing ongoing legal support to the HR department across employment-related matters
• advising on employment law, labor relations, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance
• drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, agreements, policies, and HR documentation
• monitoring changes in labor legislation and assessing their impact on internal practices and policies
• supporting internal audits and regulatory inquiries related to employment matters
• advising on corporate law matters and reviewing corporate governance documentation
• assessing legal risks and recommending solutions for employee relations and sensitive HR cases
• supporting organizational changes, workforce transitions, restructuring, and outsourcing initiatives
• collaborating with HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders on employment-related topics
• delivering training and promoting awareness of employment law and workplace compliance requirements
• contributing to the development of a legally compliant, inclusive, and positive workplace culture

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
• Master’s degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Employment Law
• at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, ideally with a strong focus on employment law
• strong knowledge of Polish labor law and familiarity with EU employment law regulations
• ability to interpret and apply legal requirements to HR policies, employment contracts, and workplace procedures
• experience in analyzing legal issues and translating them into practical, business-oriented solutions
• ability to communicate effectively with HR, compliance teams, and business stakeholders across the organization
• ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
