About the role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team to achieve operational goals. You will oversee daily team performance, provide coaching and feedback, support employee development, and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
How you will get the job done
- managing the team’s budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize efficiency and performance
- identifying, analyzing, and resolving team performance and morale challenges proactively
- monitoring work quality and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure high standards are consistently met
- leading and supporting change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes
- ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies while promoting best practices across the team
Skills and experience you will need
- knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) and German (minimum C1 level)
- proven experience in team leadership or a similar leadership role
- experience in customer service environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to setting clear goals and motivating team members effectively
- ability to solving problems and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to handling pressure and remaining calm in challenging situations
- knowledge of performance evaluation processes and management principles
- very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- degree in management or training in team leadership as an advantage
