How you will get the job done
- coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes in the Coupa platform
- supporting project resource management activities, from onboarding through work effort reporting and data validation
- supporting Project Managers in day-to-day communication and coordination activities
- monitoring project budgets, purchase orders and maintaining project governance checklists
- coordinating, tracking and processing project-related activities, including preparing reports and status updates for stakeholders
- supporting project and portfolio reporting activities within the Data & AI Strategy & Portfolio team
- monitoring project data quality and carrying out compliance and process checks
- identifying improvement opportunities in PMO processes and supporting their implementation
- cooperating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
Skills and experience you will need
- 1-3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordinator, project support or similar role
- fluency in English (C1)
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and proactively manage assigned tasks
- analytical mindset and attention to detail
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- strong team player and supportive partner to a wide range of stakeholders
Nice to have
- exposure to project financial tracking, resource management or reporting
- experience working in technology, data or analytics-related environments
- basic Business Continuity Management know-how
- German language proficiency
- familiarity with Coupa or other enterprise project management tools
