How you will get the job done
- supporting Project/Program Managers in tracking deliverables, milestones and overall progress
- coordinating regular and on‑demand project/program reporting
- implementing, coordinating and improving project governance and communication
- ensuring project plans and documentation are complete, timely and up to date
- cooperating with other departments and international colleagues to deliver IT projects effectively
- supporting several finance‑related projects by monitoring KPIs, planned vs. actual effort and budget usage
- coordinating resource allocation across multiple initiatives, ensuring transparency of workload and availability
- preparing concise financial and resource allocation reports aligned with Finance and Delivery teams
- identifying discrepancies in effort or allocation and proposing corrective actions to maintain project standards
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English (B2 minimum)
- university degree or soon to graduate
- open, communicative and proactive attitude
- experience working with Agile
- 2+ years of experience in PMO or a similar role in an IT environment
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA and PPM tools
- strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- experience in financial tracking, effort analysis or working with project budgets
- understanding of resource allocation processes and workload planning across multiple projects
Nice to have
- knowledge of PowerBI
