About the role

The IT sub-section “Corporate Products HR” is responsible for global implementation of HR Digitalization Roadmap, delivering topics on EC, Compensation and Variable Pay, Learning, Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting and Onboarding. We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP Success Factors Consultant and Product Manager, who is eager to take over responsibility and to make a difference.

As a Product Manager you will manage HR-related applications including steering the demand process and consulting business colleagues to lead both tactical and strategic. In this role, you will own and manage the product lifecycle including functional releases and IT upgrades, to maintain compliance, performance and ‘fit for purpose’ business functionality. You will be responsible for the secure and stable ‘run’ of the product as well as for the product costs.

How you will get the job done

• driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes and launching new tools
• overviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider management
• collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions
• implementing changes and configuring system
• partnering with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation
• managing delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
• working across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
• monitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
• setting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich RE Group

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• university degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification
• 7+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Variable Pay
• experience in other SAP SuccessFactors module, such as EC Payroll, Time Management or Onboarding is preferred
• strong understanding of technology with the ability to understand and articulate customer problems, solutions, and possible impacts
• acting as a reliable partner for HR department
• demonstrated ability to adhere the security guidelines and best practices, collaborating with ISO community to ensure that issues are addressed when identified
• preferably, you are already ITIL or Scrum certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
