About the role
As Global P&C Claims Transformation Lead, you will take ownership of cross-market transformation initiatives that shape the future of ERGO’s claims performance. Acting as the critical link between strategic vision and market-level delivery, you will turn ideas into measurable results.
How you will get the job done
- leading the delivery of global claims transformation projects, from process optimization to advanced analytics implementation
- translating strategic frameworks into practical, market-ready solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
- partnering with local claims teams to adapt and embed Group standards in line with market regulations and realities
- conducting in-depth performance reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving adoption of best practices
- serving as a trusted transformation partner across key P&C lines, including Motor, Property, Legal Protection, and Liability
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent English
- 5–7 years of experience in transformation, claims management, or consulting with a focus on operational excellence
- proven success in delivering complex, multi-market projects to tangible results
- strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data and KPI interpretation
- experience influencing and collaborating across diverse functions and geographies
