About the role

This role is in a newly emerging area focusing on organizational management and HR processes within a global structure. A person joining this area will take over the newly created team supporting global HR structures using SAP SuccessFactors, standardization, and automation with knowledge of systems, tools, organizational management principles, and a passion for working closely with technology.

How you will get the job done

  • ​leading and coordinating the Global Org Management, Systems & Processes team, ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery of standardized services to global and local HR units in alignment with the Head of Global HR Strategy and Governance
  • ​providing expert support for the rollout of global HR policies, frameworks and solutions in the assigned functional area, in close collaboration with global HR functions, international HR entities, HR Germany and ET&S based on specifications and guidance provided by the HR Group Functions division and the Global HR Strategy and Governance department
  • ​maintaining and further developing global organizational design standards and central org data (incl. org charts and approval workflows)
  • supporting HR units in regulatory processes (e.g. ORCS, strategic risks) through data provision, documentation and process coordination
  • providing guidance and standardized documentation on international HR data protection in alignment with responsible governance functions
  • supporting the global HR technology roadmap (requirements, testing, rollouts, stable operations of HR IT solutions)
  • defining, documenting and continuously improving global HR processes and system requirements to drive harmonization and efficiency
  • acting as main counterpart for the Global Head of HR Strategy & Governance and the Head of HR Group Functions within the remit, preparing decision material and executing assignments in line with the agreed service scope

Skills and experience you will need

  • ​fluency in English (C1)
  • university degree (Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable)
  • many years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role and proven experience in a global role
  • ​experience in organizational management of complex corporate structures and in-depth knowledge of the organizational structure and processes of global insurance companies
  • ​high analytical competence, quick comprehension, and understanding of complex issues
  • ​sense of responsibility and solution orientation, particularly in conducting analyses and recommendations/impulses
  • intercultural competence and willingness to travel
  • ​reliability and straightforwardness in communication and collaboration, as well as flexibility and service orientation
