About the role

The Engagement and Development Lead is responsible for driving employee engagement, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role focuses on designing and implementing initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous development across the employee lifecycle, in collaboration with leaders, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • partnering with stakeholders to support and evolve DEI initiatives across the organization
  • leading awareness initiatives and embedding inclusive behaviors across the organization
  • monitoring progress and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • designing and driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall experience
  • translating employee feedback and insights into meaningful, organization wide actions
  • shaping and reinforcing culture aligned with company values
  • developing and leading initiatives that build connection, collaboration, belonging, and employee wellbeing
  • partnering with local and global stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
  • supporting the employee development journey through structured and engaging experiences

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English in both written and spoken form
  • strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • proven experience in employee experience, HR, or organizational development (min. 8 years)
  • experience working in complex, matrix, and international environments
  • ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
  • experience in designing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs
  • knowledge of employee lifecycle frameworks (onboarding, engagement, development, retention)
  • experience with employee feedback tools and survey platforms (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse surveys)
  • ability to analyze people data and translate insights into action plans
  • experience driving culture and change initiatives within organizations
  • knowledge of DEI and wellbeing frameworks and best practices
  • experience facilitating workshops and training sessions and group interventions
  • strong project management and prioritization skills
  • ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
  • high level of ownership combined with a collaborative mindset
