How you will get the job done

• processing and reviewing dental insurance claims in line with internal guidelines
• communicating with insured persons, providers and internal stakeholders
• preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate system documentation
• managing claim payments and recovery of costs
• participating in projects and special tasks related to supplementary dental insurance
• supporting onboarding and training of new employees and trainees
• preparing and handling escalated complaints for executive and supervisory boards

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (B1) and German (C1)
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• experience in customer service, order management, or claims management
• openness, reliability and responsibility
• strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
• analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• clear and effective presentation skills
• independence and flexibility
• absence of a criminal record in respect of the prohibited acts indicated in the Act of 12 April 2018 on the rules for obtaining information on the criminal record of persons applying for employment and persons employed in entities of the financial sector (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 566, publicly available free of charge at: https://isap.sejm.gov.pl/isap.nsf/DocDetails.xsp?id=WDU20250000566). Criminal record check and National Debt Register check – employment in this role will only be possible once it has been confirmed that the Candidate meets the requirement of having no criminal record; the Candidate will therefore be required to provide a copy of a current information from the National Criminal Register. If the above conditions are not met, ET&S will not establish an employment contract with the candidate. Additionally, in connection with recruitment for the current position, ET&S will verify, following the signing of the employment contract, whether the employee is listed in the National Debt Register as a person referred to in Article 2(1)(4) of the Act on the National Debt Register, pursuant to the Labour Code.
