How you will get the job done
- analysing various insurance processes (e.g. claims, policy administration, shared services, etc.) to identify improvement potentials and process inefficiencies with the Process Mining tool Celonis
- understanding root causes of process inefficiencies, identify relevant KPIs, and develop analysis requirements for Celonis through close collaboration with internal Business Owners and our Data Scientists
- preparing, planning and managing national and international process mining projects, conduct value creation workshops, and present the most relevant insights to board management
- quantifying the financial impact of identified improvement potentials and aligning measures to leverage these with other technologies, e.g. voice bots, AI, RPA, etc.
- translating business needs into technical specifications and developing tailored process mining solutions for insurance processes, acting as a vital link between IT experts and business owners to ensure a thorough understanding of business processes, goals, and underlying data
Skills and experience you will need
- fluent English (C1+)
- university degree in Business Administration / Economics, Business Informatics, Insurance Management, or a comparable degree program
- 3+ years experience in Process Improvement, Insurance Process Management, Insurance Consulting or a similar area and 3+ years experience in financial services, ideally insurance
- a data-driven and critical mindset focused on continuous improvement – you enjoy challenging the status quo
- comprehensive knowledge on processes, financial figures, legal requirements, and the business model of insurance companies
Nice to have
- good written and spoken German skills
- experience with process mining
- experience in Celonis software
- certifications in project or process management
