About the role

The Head of Affiliate Delivery Coordination will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of central infrastructure services to international affiliates (excluding workplace services). In this role, you would act as a central interface and provide a suitable governance model. You would also be interfacing and collaborating with the technical sub-towers of the Infrastructure & Operation organizations.

How you will get the job done

  • coordinating and monitoring technical service delivery of central infrastructure services such as datacenter, cloud or network services (other than workplace services) towards the solution delivery organizations of the international affiliates including Germany
  • acting as a central interface towards all international affiliates and providing a suitable governance model for central infrastructure services other than workplace services
  • closely coordinating the sub-towers within the Infrastructure & Operations division and other IT divisions in the Global Technology Organization
  • ensuring the necessary operational and project resources in accordance with the business unit’s portfolio planning
  • being responsible for disciplinary management of employees, including personnel management and regular review of existing goals and procedures for the continuous development of the team

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • university degree (BS, BA, or equivalent) or comparable training with relevant further education
  • several years of professional experience in relevant fields or in a similar position
  • solid experience in operations management and control, particularly knowledge of ITIL
  • in-depth knowledge of the technical tasks and basic knowledge of the IT infrastructures used
  • strong strategic thinking, analytical and abstract thinking skills
  • excellent planning and organizational skills
  • strong communication skills, confident manner, and ability to work in a team
  • skills in process management and conflict resolution
