ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. About the role
As a Researcher, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates in the external market using professional platforms and techniques and supporting our team in ongoing recruitment projects.
How you will get the job done
- supporting the Talent Acquisition teams in their daily duties
- creative candidate sourcing using various methods and platforms
- preparing and publishing job ads
- scheduling interviews
- ensuring a high level of candidate experience
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English and Polish
- bringing at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- acting consistently and reliably to achieve goals effectively
- focusing on finding the best talent in the market
- showing interest in the Human Resources area
- working comfortably with an abundance of details while keeping the big picture in mind
- exhibiting superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- building strong business relationships
- being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
