About the role

As an Contact Center Technology and Voice Integration Architect, you will be a crucial part of our Technical Architecture Team. You will participate in definition, prototyping and development of the ERGO Contact Center  and Voice integration reference architecture, providing a catalog of integration patterns, and special architecture components for integration. You will be participating in ERGO project development as a key person responsible for integrating multiple Contact Center technologies and Voice related components of the application landscape. You will consult with members of Architecture Team as well as our developers, designers and software engineers on all relevant CC & voice topics.

How you will get the job done

  • participating in definition and implementation of the ERGO CC and Voice integration reference architecture, as well as providing template solutions for special integration relations
  • participating in evaluating and introducing new CC&Voice integration technologies based on standard platforms like an
  • developing strategies for evolving existing CC &Voice solutions to new modern solutions based on standard-platforms
  • supporting projects as a technical architect in designing and implementing solution in the area of CC& voice related application systems, as well as reviewing existing technical architectures and approve their solutions
  • defining and providing trainings for project teams and developers in technical architectures with the focus on CC & voice technologies and patterns

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English is a must
  • at least 5 years of technology and IT experience, ideally with a specialization in technical architecture and ContactCenter &Voice integration topics either in software and/or infrastructure development
  • you are familiar with agile approaches of digital product development
  • you are familiar with architecture modeling techniques and languages like ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML
  • experience in deployment and runtime technologies like Containerization – Kubernetes, AWS EKS, ECS
  • experience in providing (technical) architecture artefacts in IT projects
  • knowledge of microservices based architectures, cloud-based architectures, and distributed systems
  • experience in designing and implementing VoIP based OnPrem communication solutions (e.g. Unify OpenScape) and cloud connectivity (e.g. MS Teams/Teams Telephony)
  • Experience in designing and implementing ContactCenter-Technology (e.g. Genesys, Aspect Unified IP) and Voice Recording / Speed Analytics (e.g. Verint)
  • Knowledge about Biometric Voice Recognition (e.g. Twinsoft)
  • Knowledge about Voice Bot self service (e.g. Parloa)
  • strong presentation and communication skills in English (German is welcome).
  • a real passion for development and a demonstrated appetite for continual learning
  • community contributions (open source work, publishing / speaking on technical and security ideas) are a plus
  • understanding of and know how to manage the delicate interplay of IT infrastructure and applications
