In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. We are committed to fostering innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

How you will get the job done
- supporting the coordination, creation, and implementation of reporting events for non-financial reporting (sustainability reporting), and analysis for internal and external reporting
- taking responsibility for the non-financial closing process, quality-assuring reporting data (KPI) at the ERGO Group level, and continuously improving processes
- supporting the national and international subsidiaries with the reporting package and acting as a contact person for the Group auditor
- managing and participating in relevant sustainability reporting projects, and preparing decisions for the Executive Board/Audit Committee/Supervisory Board committees
Skills and experience you will need
- English language skills at min. C1 level
- completed studies in Economics or Mathematics with a relevant focus (finance, controlling, accounting)
- strong analytical thinking, commitment, and communication skills
- interest in ESG reporting
- confident with standard Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- SAP PaPM experience
Nice to have
- German language skills
- experience around sustainability reporting/ESG
