How you will get the job done
- managing the IT Infrastructure Operations Server Platform team of around 20 specialists
- motivating and inspiring the team by creating an environment that promotes positive & open communication
- discovering training needs and providing coaching
- leading, monitoring, and supervising the team to achieve the organization’s goals
- planning and maintaining team budget
- working closely with IT Project and Service Managers to provide necessary support and resources allocation
- overseeing day-to-day operations
Skills and experience you will need
- fluency in English (both speaking and writing)
- minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, preferably in a global organization
- technical understanding of Server & virtualization platforms as well as storage infrastructure components
- communication skills
- people management skills
- organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
- knowledge and understanding of best practice frameworks such as ITIL
- customer-focused mindset with the ability to inspire the team with commitment and enthusiasm
Nice to have
- knowledge and experience of best practices in customer service and/or IT service management
- experience in leading multi-location teams
- ITIL Certification
