About the role

The Senior Transformation Consultant/Manager will lead transformation activities that support Organization in change execution within the scope of projects as they transition from delivery to business as usual. Through the application of business change techniques, this highly skilled transformation expert will work with key stakeholders and closely with the business to identify required changes, the nature and level of change impact on the business and will ensure business readiness for change and that project objectives and business benefits are delivered.

How you will get the job done

  • designing and establishing the project change management process for ET&SM Integration Programme (implementation of Clarity, SAP and Coupa) to enable successful transitions from project delivery to business operations resulting in user adoption and driving business value
  • managing the change process end-to-end
  • cooperating with Communication and Change Teams
  • applying a structured methodology and leading project change management activities
  • applying project change management processes and tools to create strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • supporting communication efforts by designing, developing, delivering and managing of communications
  • assessing the change impact, conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
  • supporting training efforts, providing input, document requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English (C1)
  • great communication and interpersonal skills
  • excellent understanding of how people go through a change as well as overt and covert culture of the organisation and its influence on the change
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
  • experience in international and large organizational structures
  • strong project management and organisational skills, and high awareness of the project and programme context
  • fully competent at planning, risk management, and dependency-management
  • knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and the ability to advise on a ‘good practice approach’ to business change
  • ability to work under pressure and flex to changes in business focus
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other related fields
