About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, administration, and ongoing development of access and authorization processes within the Microsoft Active Directory environment, as well as for MS Exchange and fileshares. You will participate in and lead subprojects within Access Management, develop automated workflows, generate reports for audit purposes, and optimize ServiceNow processes to ensure an efficient and compliant IT infrastructure.

How you will get the job done

• setting up, managing, and operating access in the Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange
• knowledge of Island Applications and file shares environment
• creating and further development of automated Scripts, workflows and processes related to
• knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
• handling ad hoc requests for reports from AD, support for audits, BaFin audits, or annual audits
• dispatching and monitoring the ticket situation in ServiceNow, including further development of internal ServiceNow processes and request templates

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in written and verbal English
• successfully completed, subject-specific training (IT specialist) or degree in (business) information technology and/or relevant professional experience
• knowledge and experience in the field of IT access management
• practical experience in the Active Directory environment and enjoyment of actively shaping system operations and processes
• pragmatic approach to work combined with high quality standards
• strong analytical, procedural and structural skills
• knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / PowerShell is an advantage

Nice to have

• 2 years of experience in similar role
• strong skills in the following: Windows, Office 365, Cloud Apps, Linux, Azure, Jenkins, Zabbix, VMware/Vsphere
• strong knowledge in ITSM system
