(ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

  • owning and coordinating the governance of outsourcing relationships for IT services provided by Group Tech or other SSOs to ET&S
  • maintaining service delivery oversight for IT services delivered by ET&S to other entities or shared service organizations
  • defining and maintaining clear ownership structures, communication paths, and operational interfaces for all IT service relationships
  • establishing and overseeing consistent service documentation, including service catalogues, RACI matrices, and performance reporting routines
  • collaborating with other team members to ensure that service delivery practices are fully reflected in IT process documentation and internal governance structures
  • focusing on subject matter and conceptual aspects of the role

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluent English
  • strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • experience in IT Service Management, Service Integration, or Process Management
  • solid understanding of ITIL, service delivery frameworks, and internal service contracts
  • ability to build structure and alignment across distributed IT organizations
  • strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • experience working across complex, multinational or matrix organizations
