How you will get the job done

• developing necessary contract and project documentation
• preparing, planning, and supervising IT projects area of delivery, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure and systems
• cooperating and coordinating works with various units of the organization with a matrix structure and external partners
• ensuring that project deliverables address the scope and needs of the project and are within budget
• developing a communication plan and close relations with project stakeholders

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English is a must
• ability to operate in an international environment and in a matrix organization
• ability to communicate at different levels of the organization, including presentation of project status, reporting of work progress, financial aspects of the project, but also communication with the project client
• building strong business relationships
• mobilizing and motivating the project team, building commitment and trust of the project stakeholders
• planning, organizing activities, and supervising the implementation process of IT solutions
• making decisions, planning, and organizing the work of oneself and the project team
• independence, responsibility, and goal-orientation
• creativity in searching for solutions
• practical knowledge of MS Project and JIRA tools and of a recognized project management methodology (e.g. PMI)
• 3 years in IT project management in infra/sec area
• experience in working in dispersed, international teams
• experience in business negotiations
• experience in the process of tendering IT systems
• general knowledge of IT solution architecture and IT infrastructure security

Nice to have:

• certificate in Project Management (PMP)
• command of German or other languages
