How you will get the job done

• supporting project leaders in navigating challenges throughout the project lifecycle and assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring project progress to help ensure the timely delivery of milestones
• independently supporting business owners to manage the implementation of identified potentials by process mining to ensure that these opportunities are effectively realized
• creating and analysing tailored reports and forecasts based on collected control data to support program management
• ensuring that the control impulses from program management are effectively communicated throughout the project and ensuring their compliance, including driving necessary escalations when required
• establishing a regulatory and compliance framework for process mining, including contracting, accounting, billing, and data security concepts
• organising and facilitating key meetings, including SteerCo and Board meetings, as well as product-partner meetings for the further development of products and partnerships

Skills and experience you will need

• fluent English (C1+)
• successfully completed studies (Master’s degree or comparable) in Business Administration / Business Informatics or comparable skills and experiences
• proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management, preferably in a PMO role
• very good understanding of process mining tools, project management methods, metrics, and processes in project control, especially regarding project planning and reporting, tracking of progress, budget consumption, and resource utilization in projects, management of risks and dependencies, project communication
• ability to utilize existing control instruments and adapting them to suit the project needs
• proactive, responsible, and communicative personality with the ability to lead and maintain composure even in critical phases
• experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Clarity, etc.)
• very good presentation skills and very good proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook)

• good written and spoken German skills
